By requiring that this information be provided, Proposition 65 enables Californians to make informed decisions about their exposures to these chemicals. These chemicals can be in the products that Californians purchase, in their homes or workplaces, or that are released into the environment. Proposition 65 requires businesses to provide warnings to California consumers about significant exposures to chemicals that cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. And at less than 6″ long and 4″ tall, this hyper-compact pistol blends into your daily life even better than your quick wit and quicker draw. The 911 boasts superior handling characteristics reminiscent of the familiar feel and time-honored design of the 1911. Picture the 911 as a modern gun for guys who don’t like modern guns - kind of like millennials who don’t like millennials. The 911 plays on the charm of the 1911 by offering the duality of a traditional design in a smaller, contemporary package. The recoil system on the 911 9mm utilizes a full-length guide rod and features a flat wire spring, while the 3″ 416 stainless steel barrel delivers uncanny accuracy for a gun of its size. It combines traditionalist design with modern materials and intuitive features, so if you’re a hardcore classic gun aficionado who just so happens to live in the 21st century, say hello to your little friend. When you have to be your own first responder.ĭesigned for concealed carry, the 911 is our modern micro-sized take on the classic full-sized 1911. Put a Hogue grip sleeve on it to slightly widen the grip. When the police are minutes away and the threat is seconds away… 9-1-1. My main carry is a Sig P365 in a kydex IWB holster, worn in left apex. I have also shot the 938, as it is one of the guns our range rents out. Also 1.5" for three shots at that distance, using Underwood ammo (pic 2). I have gotten under 2.5" at 25 yards for 4 of 5 shots, standing unsupported. The gun itself is very accurate, once you adjust to/allow for the sighting issues. Gonna upgrade to the Desantis pocket holster stays in the pocket better than the Spfld one that came with the gun. Now I carry it only as a pocket gun when I can't carry IWB. One grip panel was losing its clearcoat, due to me carrying it appendix/apex and that grip panel coming into contact with my skin and sweat. I replaced the black plastic grips with a Hogue rubber wraparound grip (pic 1). Other times I just aim normally, but with a lower POA. with the front sight lower and not even with the rear, to get the holes where I want them. This does not bother me as much, as I can just aim a little lower and not be obscuring my intended target with the front sight. So now what I see is the front of the front sight, and it shoots about 3" high at 30 feet. This is because I noticed that the rear of the sight was higher than the front. My solution was to toss the FO rod and cut down the front sight. Not a big deal at close range and if you're in a SD situation, but it matters to paper-killers like me. This is unacceptable, since in order to get the rounds to go where you want them, you would have to completely cover your target with the front sight by aiming high. It also shot low, about 1" per 10 feet, so 3" low at 30 feet. It has different sights from the rest-front red FO and rear white dots. Plus the loaded-chamber indicator on top of the slide I like those. The Spfld has better sights IMO, and the safety is much easier to work as well. I think the 238/938 triggers are slightly better, but I prefer the 911 overall. 380 911 has a couple hundred rounds through it, and the trigger has always been about 6#.
